The University of Central Florida Advancement Team is currently seeking a Senior Director for Advancement, College of Sciences.

The Senior Director for Advancement, College of Sciences is responsible for independently performing identification, qualification, solicitation and stewardship of prospects, with emphasis on prospects up to $100,000+. They will manage a team of alumni and advancement professionals dedicated to supporting UCF College of Sciences.

Bachelor's or Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.

Successful candidates will have fundraising experience, preferably with major gifts with strong strategic planning and capital campaign experience. Proven ability to interact and motivate volunteers. Expertise or knowledge of areas such as Corporate & Foundation Relations, Gift Planning, Parents Program, Athletics. Comfortable operating in a highly matrixed environment. Experience in a University environment with preference in the Natural and Social Sciences.
