The Online 2 Offline Strategies Group (O2O) are seeking a Trainer and Partnership Coordinator to support the strategic digital and online to offline organizing campaigns of partner organizations.
About O2O: Online 2 Offline Strategy Group (O2O) is a global consulting and technology organization that works with unions, community organizations and other membership organizations to build power for their constituents using online to offline tools and strategies. Our approach to building digital organizing campaigns and strategies is first and foremost rooted in traditional and innovative organizing practices. We are a tight knit team focused on helping organizations develop unique and relational digital strategies to effect real, and long-lasting change offline. For our Trainer and Partnership Coordinator position, our ideal candidate is someone who can get the work done by asking the right questions. You must know how to think creatively, and strategically. You can manage projects, campaigns, and timelines with minimal supervision, but with full access to team support and feedback. You are an organizer, a digital nerd (or strive to be), and are committed to winning bold and progressive change with the explicit goal of shifting power back into the hands of working people.
The O2O Trainer and Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for:
Training Facilitation and Curriculum Co-Creation (40%)

Strong facilitation skills in
handling new material, and diverse learning spaces
Leading and facilitating training
sessions with external partners on digital tools, campaigns, and
UFR’s Online to Offline organizing model.
Developing professional and dynamic
training curriculum to meet the digital organizing needs and gaps
of the partners we work with.
Coordination of training logistics
including recruitment of facilitators, and correspondence with
participants leading up to training sessions.
Providing input and supporting the
design and delivery of training curriculums.
Partnership Support (40%)

Serving as the overall project
manager to ensure deadlines and goals are being met.
Supporting and developing
online-to-offline organizing strategies with multiple partner
organizations
Cultivating and managing
relationships with different teams, cohorts, and tables.
Coaching and developing ongoing
resources, workflows, and best practices for online to offline
organizing approaches in collaboration with partners.
Reaching out and organizing directly
impacted constituencies to onboard them to various partner
campaigns
Drafting email, text, web and social
media content.
Reviewing and creating progress and
reports for clients.
Operations (10%)

Detailed oriented follow-up and
response to upcoming trainings with
partners/participants.
Creating and uploading training
events and data into our database.
Supporting with some updates to our
website.
Approximately 10% of time will be dedicated to other internal meetings and infrastructure.
Requirements:

Ability to manage multiple projects
with different teams that require different needs and levels of
participation
Facilitation is a must. The desire to
lead a room even when all of the pieces of the puzzle aren’t
present.
Experience with running relational
organizing campaigns and strategies is a must.
At least 3 years experience working
in a progressive political campaign, non-profit or union.
Project management and program
coordination experience. Familiarity with project management tools
like Asana and Slack are desired,
Facilitation and training experience
with organizing strategies and digital tools.
Deep understanding of organizing
principles.
Experience with digital tools and
their application to organizing including, but not limited to,
peer-to-peer texting, broadcast texting, Facebook and Twitter.
Strong communication skills,
specifically the ability to write clearly and concisely.
An ability to juggle multiple
projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
You understand and can articulate
issues facing communities of color, women, and low-and
moderate-income families.
Demonstrated commitment to economic
and social justice and worker or community leadership.

Ability to work well with diverse
groups and populations
Practices self-awareness, deep
listening, and self-regulation in interaction with others in a
training space.
Has experience with making
assessments to move a group forward in a training space.
A demonstrated commitment to meeting
high standards and a history of getting things done even in the
face of obstacles.
Ambition, drive, energy, and the
ability to work flexible and long hours when necessary.
Spanish language skills preferred but
not required.
Travel may be
required**
**Travel would only be required in a post-pandemic scenario where Federal, CDC, global health leaders, and our organizational directors and staff collectively deem travel to be completely safe. The O2O team has currently suspended ALL in-person trainings, events, and meetings until further notice.
Location: Remote
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience.
