Director of Philanthropy

Develop and advance deep and meaningful relationships with all donors and prospects, inclusive of all Collington residents and Board Members (Foundation and Corporate), and external stakeholders utilizing all available means of communication including face to face meetings, print materials, web presence, special events, media, etc. that enable annual philanthropic goals to be met.

Lead all aspects for developing, implementing and advancing an effective philanthropy program including ongoing annual and planned giving programs, capital campaign activities and grant procurement inclusive of setting and achieving agreed upon goals in each area determined in collaboration with the CEO and Foundation Board of Directors.

Support the Foundation Board, its Committees and President in executing all functions of the Foundation.

Organize and supervise the record keeping, gift income reporting, solicitations and timetable, gift acknowledging and receipting maximizing utilization of resources including DonorPerfect software.
