Position Summary

Membership’s Senior Digital Media Specialist is responsible for implementing marketing strategies to recruit new donors and prospects and maximize supporters’ long-term value using paid media placements. An expert in the fields of prospecting, retargeting and search engine advertising, they work closely with audience strategists to provide input on growth projections across multiple digital advertising channels. Membership’s Senior Digital Media Specialist leads the creation and execution of media plans, as well as the daily optimization of advertising campaigns. The salary range: $70,000 - $100,000, varies by location.

This role is an exciting opportunity for people who are passionate about data-driven digital marketing, who think creatively about digital media’s role in recruiting and retaining donors, and who possess a high attention to detail and enjoy solving complex puzzles.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • The Senior Digital Media Specialist must have a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years experience running and optimizing media campaigns in digital advertising platforms or equivalent combination.
  • Experience generating reports and analyzing and interpreting the data.
  • Experience negotiating agreements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of digital advertising.
