The National Parks Conservation Association, a 100-year-old nonprofit advocacy organization and the nation’s leading voice for national parks seeks an Associate Director, Data Management & Analytics. In this position, the Associate Director will help oversee all data services and records management associated with the Development department.

  • Assumes lead role for data analytics and business intelligence (Big Data) including the business systems, tools and processes necessary to support objectives with prospect and donor engagement and fundraising.
  • Driver in the adoption of Revolution Online and all related processes and reporting by Development department staff.
  • Assumes day-to-day responsibility for the management and integrity of data inputs and outputs, efficiency of reporting and performance metrics, and effectiveness of the use of technology in supporting operations within the department.
  • Partners with the Senior Database Administrator, IT, and other NPCA staff on cross-departmental data initiatives.

 

 

Location: Washington, DC

Salary: Salary is based on location and experience. Washington, DC (upper $70k’s – low $80k’s)
