Centenary College of Louisiana invites applications for the position of Director of Development & Campaign Manager.  This is a full-time position with benefits. This position reports to the Vice President for Development.

The Director of Development and Campaign Manager oversees the fundraising and collaborates and partners the stewardship efforts of the College under the supervision of the Vice President for Development.  The Director monitors, directs and is accountable for the solicitations activities of Development personnel that have fundraising responsibilities and plans and manages all aspects of a comprehensive campaign, including reporting, event planning, volunteer management, cultivation, solicitation and campaign publications/communications.

Applicants need at least a Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of related experience, or an advanced degree and three (3) years of related experience.  Candidates must be available for night and weekend hours as needed.  Travel is a necessity and is estimated at 50% or greater for this position.  Candidates must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as an ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.  Candidates must have strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to establish priorities, set objectives, and achieve stated goals.
