Director of Development, Global Social Impact

National Peace Corps Association (NPCA), a community-driven social impact organization whose mission is to champion lifelong commitment to Peace Corps ideals, seeks a Director of Development. In this top leadership position, the Director of Development will forge relationships to expand NPCA’s visibility, impact, and financial resources. The primary goal of this position is to establish and implement the plans and strategies needed to grow and diversify the annual budget and to conduct the five-year, $40 million Campaign for Peace Corps Ideals. The position will be supported by a team of fundraising staff and consultants. Responsibilities include administrative management, fundraising, resource development, communications, marketing, and strategic planning. Professional requirements: a minimum of ten years’ experience in a development function.
