The Santa Fe Community Foundation (SFCF) was established in 1981 to provide an avenue for donors to meet their charitable purposes and for nonprofit organizations to receive resources that enable them to carry out their mission-driven work. SFCF is devoted to building healthy and vital communities in the region wherein racial, cultural or economic differences do not limit access to health, education or employment; diverse audiences access and enjoy the arts and cultural heritages of the region; and all sectors in the community take responsibility for ensuring a healthy environment. SFCF commits its resources to building a robust philanthropic vehicle that focuses on the issues facing the community.

The Santa Fe Community Foundation seeks an accomplished leader to serve as its next Chief Executive Officer. The new CEO will provide dynamic and forward-thinking leadership to promote SFCF’s goals, implement the Board-identified policy directives, and steward the role of SFCF as a key convener in Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico. The new CEO will have a broad-based mix of experiences to promote philanthropy throughout the region, attracting gifts to increase the size and impact of SFCF, developing and deepening lasting partnerships, and continuing to advance SFCF’s role in community leadership and advocacy.
