Endicott College is a welcoming community with engaged staff, faculty and students, a beautiful campus, and great employee benefits. Our Institutional Advancement Department is seeking a result oriented and mission driven Campaign Director to work collaboratively with the College’s President, Board of Trustees, the President’s Council, all members of the Institutional Advancement staff, and campaign committees.  The Campaign Director is responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination and management of the College’s current comprehensive campaign, helping to set strategy and execute all aspects of the five-year campaign. This is a supervisory role that entails working effectively with staff, volunteers and donors to plan, organize, influence and control campaign operations. The Campaign Director supervises six directors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the internal daily operations of the Institutional Advancement department
  • Manage major gifts moves management system
    • Plan, schedule and document cultivation and solicitation visits and events with major donors by the Campaign Steering Committee, Board, other volunteers, and senior staff;
  • Manage a portfolio of campaign prospects
  • Staff the Campaign Steering Committee
    • Prepare comprehensive campaign update reports and partner with VP of Institutional Advancement to present campaign progress updates at Campaign Committee and Trustee Board meetings
    • Develop comprehensive stewardship program for all Campaign major donors

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years senior development experience required, with campaign experience preferred. Some evening and weekend work required, as well as travel. Attention to detail and ability to analyze fundraising and activities.
