Capital Campaign Manager
The Sisters of St. Joseph of Northwestern Pennsylvania invites
nominations and applications for the position of Capital
Campaign Manager. This individual will be responsible for
managing and cultivating fundraising efforts to support the
residential and medical needs of the Sisters, as well as the
ongoing sponsored ministries of the Sisters of St. Joseph. This

The Sisters of St. Joseph of Northwestern Pennsylvania is a women’s religious organization that came to the Erie Diocese more than 150 years ago. The sisters’ presence has moved beyond hospitals and classrooms and includes pastoral, social and liturgical ministries in Catholic parishes, global mission projects, outreach to the elderly, campus ministry, youth ministry and numerous other efforts. Today, more than 350 sisters, agrégées and associates continue to carry out the Sisters of St. Joseph of Northwestern Pennsylvania mission of unity of neighbor with neighbor and neighbor with God.
A Bachelor’s degree is required, CFRE certification is a plus, with 4-to-6 years’ related experience in Development and Campaign Management. The successful candidate for this position will be self-motivated, people-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and capable of program development maximizing available resources.
