Reporting to the Director of Development Services, the Prospect Research Specialist provides leadership for the prospect research and management function within the Development program; oversees research and analysis of the constituent prospect pool, leads strategic prospect development, and creates and implements policies and procedures to support a robust prospect pipeline.
Education and/or Experience:- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university required;
- Five years of experience working in prospect research in a hospital, higher education, or non-profit environment or related experience.
