(YAP) is one of the largest non-profit Youth and Family Support agencies, in 29 states plus DC, working with high-risk youth and their families in the United States. Currently, YAP employs more than 2,000 dedicated workers and serves approximately 20,000 youth and families per year.  Our mission is to engage human service systems so that they rely less on institutional care and invest more in supporting families and neighborhoods. Summary of Position:   Supports the strategic fundraising efforts of YAP’s national leadership team and supports our field operations by designing, implementing, evaluating and refining the unit's fundraising activities, with an emphasis on major gifts exceeding $5,000 in the Individual, Corporate and Foundation areas. Personally identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards major gift donors and prospects in accordance with performance targets set forth by head of department.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree; at least 5 years of documented professional experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. CFRE is a plus, but not necessary.

Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and car insurance limits with a minimum of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident bodily injury liability.
