Position Summary

 

The Donor Engagement Manager partners with the development team to create and execute an annual, comprehensive plan for Massachusetts donor engagement and stewardship. They will collaborate to meet event, donor discovery, stewardship and engagement goals and evaluate return on investment. The Donor Engagement Manager identifies, plans and executes events and engagement/stewardship opportunities and tailors follow up. They will also provide administrative support to the Director of Development (DoD) including travel arrangements, calendar management, processing expenses, logistics/production of donor meetings and short-term project management as needed. Communicate with staff across the Conservancy; as well as with donors, vendors, and business relations.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum requirements include a Bachelors degree and 2 years’ experience or equivalent combination. Experience building relationships with staff, customers and working across teams. Experience with high-level event planning and execution and ability to write and edit written materials for use with donors, members, and special events desired.
