The Office of Institutional Advancement (IA) at Eastern Connecticut State University is currently looking for an Associate Director of Institutional Advancement. 

The Associate Director of Institutional Advancement will play a critical role in the cultivation and solicitation of leadership donor prospects. Ability to manage a portfolio of assigned prospects is required. Prospect research experience is a plus. Evening and weekend availability is a must.   

Bachelor’s degree required.   Minimum of four years of appropriate development experience in a non-profit setting, preferably in higher education. Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills required. Thorough understanding of prospect identification, relationship building, solicitation and stewardship techniques required, as well as ability to employ social media platforms.
