Pratt Institute is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Gift Processing and Data Management Associate who will be an integral part of Institutional Advancement. Our office is growing the team to prepare for our upcoming campaign and engage Pratt's alumni, parents, students, and friends in building philanthropic support. Ideal candidates will share Pratt's creative spirit, and work well in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture. This position will provide gift processing, record management, database, and technology support to the Advancement Operations team, supporting the management of revenues, database functions, and general operations of the IA office. If you can navigate a CRM (Raiser's Edge NXT) in database view and process information with speed and accuracy, then we want to hear from you!
Key Essential Duties include the following:

Responsible for gift processing and record management.

Provide database and technology support.

Serve as lead for list and data pulls.

Work closely with other members of the Institutional Advancement team and provide additional departmental support.
Education: Bachelor's degree required, related fields preferred.
Experience: Minimum one year of relevant experience, preferably in a development or information technology field. Must have experience working with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Required Skills: Excel proficiency required; familiarity with Raiser's Edge, or other relational database software desired; familiarity with Crystal Reports or other reporting software desired.
Other: Must be well organized and possess keen attention to detail. Must be trustworthy and able to act with sensitivity and discretion while working with confidential information. Must have demonstrated ability to use good judgment and critical thinking. Must be willing to learn new software applications.
