This person will provide strong, creative and strategic leadership for all Missouri Valley College fundraising efforts and is responsible for the development, implementation and overall success of Missouri Valley College’s comprehensive advancement program.
Responsibilities include: setting and attaining fundraising goals through the development of robust constituent relations, including individual, corporate and foundation donor and prospective donor relations; continuing to build a culture of philanthropy, working closely with President and the members of the President’s Cabinet and trustees; and fostering a sense of inclusion and engagement in a diverse and vibrant community that includes our alumni, donors and friends.
Minimum job requirements include: bachelor’s degree, with five or more years of progressively responsible experience in advancement (advancement services, fundraising, development, alumni relations), and/or a closely related field, is required; master's degree and supervisory experience are preferred.
