Boston College’s Department of English seeks a Visiting Assistant Professor of the Practice to teach Medical Humanities, first-year literature and writing, and creative nonfiction, beginning in July 2021. PhD, MFA or equivalent terminal degree in hand by 8/15/2021.

Demonstrated experience and excellence in university teaching required. The position, which carries a 3/3 teaching load, is for one year but may be renewed annually, at the discretion of the administration, for up to 2 additional years.
