Development Director

For more than twenty years, Funders for Reproductive Equity (FRE), has created a vibrant community that works to strengthen the impact and effectiveness of philanthropy in supporting reproductive health, rights, and justice in the United States and around the globe. FRE centers Racial and Gender Justice as core values underlying its vision of Reproductive Equity and Justice and offers meaningful opportunities for learning, relationship-building, networking, strategic collaboration, and partnership. FRE is a Philanthropy Serving Organization (PSO) and serves as a network of aligned grantmakers and partners within the field of sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice (SRHRJ). In 2019, FRE welcomed a new Executive Director and is well-positioned for growth over the coming years to strengthen its leadership and effectiveness in the field.

FRE seeks a dynamic Development Director to advance FRE’s fundraising goals and long-term sustainability with a focus on foundation support, membership, collaborative funding opportunities, and potential new sources of funding. The Development Director will become an integral member of FRE’s staff team and a trusted resource to FRE’s members and funding partners, joining a growing staff team of 3 and a community of over 50 institutional members committed to reproductive equity.

The annual salary range is $75,000 - $94,000 plus a generous benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, generous paid time off, holiday schedule, and more.
