The University of Memphis is seeking a collaborative and results-oriented self-starter to serve as Sr. Director for Alumni Advancement. Reporting to the Executive Director of University Development, the Sr. Director will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the university’s alumni engagement and annual giving staff.

It’s an exciting time at the University of Memphis as we prepare to publicly launch our largest campaign to date in 2023. Strategic alumni engagement and annual and mid-level giving will be key to our success. The Sr. Director will have an opportunity to create a new paradigm for engaging alumni with a focus on philanthropy at the UofM by creating new strategies for in-person, virtual, and hybrid engagement; shifting from membership-based to philanthropic-focused programs; building a leadership giving program; growing digital fundraising; and creating a roadmap for moving donors into and further along the giving pipeline.
