Data Entry Associate ( Membership Programs)

The Data Entry Associate (DEA) will report directly to the Development Officer-Membership Programs & Donor Relations. Administratively, this position is responsible for assisting with the development of MBG’s existing donor database with respect to membership-related matters e.g. renewal letters, membership-status updates, etc.  Operationally, this position is responsible for helping to strengthen existing relationships and establish new relationships with individual donors through maintaining and updating donor profiles in the database; entering data and documents into computer database; transcribing and scanning information into required electronic format; compiling and sorting documents for data entry; reviewing and verifying data for accuracy; and responding to requests for information and accessing relevant files.
