Position Summary

The Midwest Development Program Specialist will support the strategic fundraising priorities of the five state Midwest division by harnessing the power of collaboration across the division (WI, IL, IN, MI, OH). The incumbent will manage the processes and coordinate and provide follow up for projects that increase principal and major gift activity. The Program Specialist will apply advanced skills in project management to better harness cross-cutting fundraising potential across state development programs.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience generating reports, and analyzing and interpreting data.
  • Experience working across departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience or equivalent combination.
  • Experience with current technology in relevant field.
  • Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of relevant field.
