The ACLU of Massachusetts (“ACLUM”) seeks a Donor and Member Officer to aid the organization in meeting its ambitious fundraising goals, which help power the organization’s legal, legislative and advocacy work. Funding targets are based on programmatic goals in ACLUM’s core issue areas including, voting rights, reproductive rights, LGBTQ rights, immigrants’ rights, criminal justice reform, open government, digital privacy and free speech.

The focus of this role is to create and maintain relationships with ACLUM donors and members by soliciting and closing increased annual gifts, as well as sustained giving. Solicitation will be done through in-person and virtual meetings, mailings, and execution of special engagement events. This position will report to and work closely with the Deputy Director/Chief Development Officer, and partner with the local Development team and National ACLU staff to achieve development objectives.
