This position will work closely with key senior staff to develop, review, and assign fundraiser portfolios across the major giving and annual giving prospect pools to identify, maximize, and capture donor-giving potential. In concert with the Assistant Dean, the Senior Director will manage and supervise the Development Team (annual giving and major gifts) and the research team. Working alongside the Director, Annual Fund & Reunion Programs, the Senior Director plays a key role in Reunion planning and in supporting the health of the Annual Fund. In partnership with the Assistant Dean, they will oversee several alumni affinity groups/societies such as the planned giving society and the International Advisory Board.
