Development and Communications Coordinator

The Netherland-America Foundation

www.thenaf.org

Founded in 1921 by Franklin. D. Roosevelt, the Netherland-America Foundation (NAF) is the leading bilateral foundation initiating and supporting high-impact exchange between the Netherlands and the United States, including the NAF-Fulbright Fellowships, a student loan program, and programs in the arts, business, public policy and historic preservation.

NAF activities provide donors and recipients with access to a broad network of educational, cultural and business organizations that exemplify Dutch and American excellence in a number of disciplines. The NAF raises funds through special events, membership contributions, grants, and general donations to support its mission and growing programs.

Now in its centennial year, the NAF is looking to hire an enthusiastic Development and Communications Coordinator. The coordinator is responsible for a wide variety of cross-functional activities. The coordinator will help support the NAF in fulfilling its development and communications goals and achieving its long-term vision. Specifically, the coordinator will support the effective implementation of the NAF’s programmatic, communications, development, and fundraising strategies across all segments of the organization.

This is an opportunity for a motivated self-starter with a strong commitment to data integrity, who enjoys working collaboratively with a close-knit, small team, but who also craves taking the reins on initiatives.
