PBS NC is actively seeking an Assistant Director of Fundraising Technology to provide technology expertise to support and assist the fundraising functions at PBS North Carolina. This role provides leadership and direction for the donor database, completing migration to new CRM (Tessitura), API development, data processing, and onboarding of new opportunities to use technology across departments, including sponsorship, major gifts, grants, marketing, and content. Key responsibilities include overseeing data integrity, developing data architecture, composing processes, and improving flow and efficiencies to ensure accuracy and compliance. Additionally, the assistant director will lead efforts to bring new technology to support digital growth, segmenting and marketing automation, and new revenue opportunities. The assistant director is a vital management team member that will be required to display strong leadership skills with a variety of internal and external partners and will be responsible for identifying cutting edge technologies to improve system performance and communications with our members to drive support for the organization.

Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree and five (5) years of related experience which includes management, or an equivalent combination of experience/education. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
