This position is responsible for creating and executing a plan to lead the major and principal gifts fundraising program in support of the College of Undergraduate Studies & Student Development and Enrollment Services ; responsible for the discovery, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major and principal donor prospects. Adept at engaging alumni, friends, companies and foundations as both prospects and leadership volunteers. Able to create partnerships with academic leadership and a high level of collaboration with fellow fundraising colleagues.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.


  • A fundraising professional with progressively sophisticated fundraising experience.
  • Proven success building fundraising programs and prospect portfolios.
  • A record of executing cultivation strategies, soliciting and successfully closing $100,000+ gifts.
  • Understand the power of peer solicitation.
  • Worked with senior executive or academic leadership to cultivate, close, and steward major gifts.
  • Strong ability to effectively collaborate with UCF colleagues on high-level, cross-campus donor strategies.
  • A record of managing priorities from vision to execution.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills are critical.
