Under the leadership of the Vice-Chancellor and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Advancement), Advancement is investing in a high performing team to partner with UQ colleagues and our community to deliver new levels of sustained engagement and philanthropic support.

 

As a key member of the UQ Advancement Executive Team and working strategically with the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Advancement), you will be responsible for leading a high-performing advancement services function, and will work to develop and execute strategies for quality improvement with partners across campus.  Leading a motivated and stable team, your focus on continuous improvement and service excellence will ensure that Advancement Services meets the needs of the Advancement team in a professional, meaningful and inspiring way.

 

You will bring extensive leadership capability and experience in developing and implementing sustained strategic initiatives.  A proven track record managing the integration, implementation, and maximisation of CRM systems is also essential.
