Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts is seeking a Director of Development who will partner with the Chief Development Officer and Chief Executive Officer to serve as the primary leader in the strategic execution of PPLM’s five-year, $50 million campaign for health equity in sexual and reproductive health. This is a unique opportunity to advance health equity across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and to join an organization deeply committed to racial justice and equity.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Director of Development will be a strategic thinker and have exceptionally strong communication skills, be well-organized and driven, with related hands-on experience and demonstrated success in non-profit fundraising. 

Related experience should include capital campaign, individual giving and major gifts programs, events, communications, and staff management. The ideal candidate is energetic, strategic, and a team player who is passionate about the mission of PPLM and devoted to advancing a race+ equity approach to every aspect of their work.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000.
