Since 1984, Share Our Strength® has led the fight against hunger and poverty by inspiring and organizing individuals and businesses to share their strengths. Today, through the No Kid Hungry and Cooking Matters campaigns, Share Our Strength is ending childhood hunger in America by ensuring all children get the healthy food they need. No child should go hungry in America – we’re on our way to making that a reality and we want you to join us. We’re bold, creative, always open to new ideas, and 100% dedicated to our mission. If that sounds like you, we’d like you to consider becoming part of our team.

The goal of No Kid Hungry’s Mid-Level Program is to retain, renew and lift donor giving by cultivating and stewarding donors with a concierge and curated personal approach, providing excellent customer service and enhancing their partnership experience. The Senior Manager will have an assigned portfolio of 300-500 donors who give $1,000-$9,999 annually. Serving as a donor’s personal point of contact, the Senior Manager works to discover donors’ giving motivations, philanthropic aspirations, interests, and communication preferences to maximize their financial support. The Senior Manager has a modified portfolio so that they may assist the Associate Director to further develop and refine current No Kid Hungry mid-level business rules, key performance indicators, portfolio identification, and to establish a moves management process. There is overlap with Share Our Strength’s growing planned giving program. No Kid Hungry’s reputation and visibility is at an all-time high, which is resulting in new opportunities for the Senior Manager to work across teams to generate greater donor engagement opportunities.

The role is preferably based in Washington, DC, but could be fully remote for the right candidate. Range for offers: $84,000-$91,900.
