The California Chapter is seeking a Development Operations Coordinator. This position is an excellent opportunity to work across a variety of teams at The Nature Conservancy and to impact the success of the chapter’s fundraising, helping to advance both California and global conservation. This position processes millions in charitable donations, works with staff across the organization, and serves as a resource to their colleagues. This position also plays an important role in aiding the Director of Development and a regional fundraiser in data entry and management. 

 

Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience, or an equivalent combination, as well as demonstrated capabilities in working with development databases. An ideal candidate would be organized, possess strong attention to detail and administrative skills, be familiar with gift processing, be adept at both working and communicating across teams, and be a strong problem solver.

The preferred location for this position is Sacramento, California.
