The Senior Director, Skidmore Fund leads and manages a mature, strategic, and metrics-driven annual giving program that reflects industry best practices and aims to maximize philanthropic giving from alumni and parents. Expectations for the position include achieving annual Fund increases from a 2020-21 base of $7.8 million, of which approximately $2 million is from the Parent Fund. The Senior Director provides strategic oversight of all Fund programs and supervises a dynamic, full-time team of ten, setting expectations and providing leadership as they implement their respective programs to help maximize fundraising results. The Senior Director also oversees marketing and messaging initiatives and builds strong, productive relationships with college-wide staff and lead volunteers, engaging and motivating them to help make the strongest case possible for giving to Skidmore.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required and 7-10+ years of increasing, directly related or applicable experience.

Pay Range: Commensurate with experience
