Coordinates and implements a strategic plan for an assigned area of advancement, which may include alumni, constituent relations, annual giving and/or fundraising. This may include soliciting and closing individual major gifts, annual fund coordination and stewardship activities. Scope of fundraising limits established by advancement leadership at each campus.
- Performs a variety of assignments and analyses that impact the Advancement function
- Understands key functional drivers and uses this understanding to accomplish/complete own work
- Solves problems in straightforward situations
- Analyzes potential solutions using experience, judgments and precedence, providing input and recommendations
- Impacts the quality of own work and the work of others on the team, ensuring efficient workflows, productivity, etc.
- Explains complex information to others in a straightforward manner
- Collaborates with internal and external parties
$53,600 - $96,992 Annually
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Three years of experience in alumni relations or external affairs is preferred. Experience in planning large and small events and working with diverse volunteers is essential. Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with alumni, students, faculty and staff
