About Coffective
Coffective is a Certified B Corporation that envisions a world where communities are empowered, connected, coordinated, and effective in improving the lives of all families. To make this vision a reality, we are on a mission to help state and local stakeholders effectively work, learn, and create together in order to improve maternal and child health outcomes, with a particular focus on marginalized communities most affected by structural barriers.

Coffective is seeking to build out a fund development team that will strategically support the engagement of sophisticated systems change funders. The team will be responsible for communicating Coffective’s strategic direction and plan for operationalization, and demonstrating Coffective’s commitment to and progress toward becoming a high-performance organization. The database also includes key contacts that could serve as advisors and potential pathways for engaging partner funders.
