Executive Director, Stewardship & Advancement

Reporting to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement, the Executive Director of Stewardship and Advancement Services provides leadership for creating and executing an integrated strategy for all stewardship programs and advancement services to help advance the mission of RFU. This position leads a team of professional staff members to steward RFU’s donors and implements comprehensive programs for donor relations at all levels that have clearly defined objectives, goals and outcomes and are continually assessed against them. The Executive Director collaborates closely with colleagues across the campus to leverage their interactions with donors to facilitate an exemplary donor experience. The successful candidate will serve as a member of the IA Leadership team and play a critical role in RFU’s Empowering Scholars Campaign — currently in the quiet phase — to address health equity, advance innovation in research and education and guide philanthropic partnerships to support the aspirations of the university.
