CBN International – Remote (U.S. based)

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for an experienced professional to manage a comprehensive donor development strategy that identifies, engages, and grows current and potential donors to support CBN International programming.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: 

• Knowledge of sales techniques and fundraising principles for foundations
• Working knowledge of grant writing and research
• Working knowledge of Biblical principles and stewardship
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with ability to speak persuasively and articulate an organization’s mission and purpose
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build effective, long-term foundation relationships
• Self-motivated with strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Polished and sophisticated communicator with excellent ability to collaborate cross-functionally and cooperatively with various departments
• Strategic thinker with ability to implement a plan, set goals and measure results
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM database programs and ability to learn new software
• Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
• Solid background of superior work ethic, integrity, and Christian commitment
• Ability to travel extensively and work flexible, irregular hours
