Rider University invites applications for an Associate Director of Campaign Operations & Advancement Services who will oversee the daily workflow and management related to gift and acknowledgement processing, biographic and demographic updating, and merchant reporting and reconciliation. The Associate Director will work closely with departmental and division staff to ensure effective procedures and practices and compliance with CASE guidelines, IRS regulations, and University policies. This position, in conjunction with the Director, is responsible for the implementation of Campaign tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of database management or familiarity with Fund Accounting, preferably in Advancement in higher education.
- Strong ability to interact effectively and to communicate new concepts to a wide variety of individuals with varying technical skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Word
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Strong analytical skills
