Crosscut Mountain Sports Center is a year-round mountain hub providing outstanding Nordic skiing, biathlon, mountain biking, hiking and outdoor education. It offers world-class sports training and access to the rejuvenating power of nature for all ages, abilities, identities, and backgrounds. Crosscut has two spectacular locations, with its main Bridger Canyon center just 17 miles north of the thriving mountain town of Bozeman, Montana. Crosscut’s new Lightning Creek location is just a few short miles away from Big Sky and our nation’s first national park, Yellowstone.

Building on transformative recent successes, Crosscut Mountain Sports Center seeks a passionate and experienced Director of Philanthropy to develop and lead a comprehensive development program and team and secure $30 million in new capital funding to build Montana’s first mountain sports lodge that meets Living Building universal access, environmental and community-centric standards.  Crosscut is dedicated to being a model on how our small-town community values can be amplified and respected while also creating a space where the world’s best athletes can train and compete. Support from our community will ensure access for all, allow for financial sustainability and help to create and build programs at a world-class training facility. To apply, please send resume and cover letter that addresses qualifications to meet key responsibilities to ingrid@crosscutmt.org
