 Hebrew Home at Riverdale is part of a group of long-term care affiliates under the brand name of RiverSpring Living. RiverSpring Living provides a full range of care solutions including nursing home care, managed long-term care, assisted living programs, senior housing, rehabilitation services and specialized services such as elder abuse prevention and memory care. Collectively, RiverSpring Living empowers over 18,000 patients, residents and members to live forward every day. Hebrew Home at Riverdale is looking for a full time Development Associate to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities :
The Development Associate provides administrative and research support to the Development department’s fundraising efforts. Duties also include; gift processing, donor communications, prospect research, database management, donor and finance report generation, event and campaign coordination, prospect management and vendor contracts. Oversees all aspects of the development constituent database, Raisers Edge NXT, ensuring data integrity and maintenance. Conducting prospect research on individuals, foundations, corporations, federal grants.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field required. Experience working in development, marketing or fundraising preferred. Raisers Edge NXT or similar database experience strongly preferred. Excellent writing and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft office.
