Position Summary

Are you an experienced direct response marketer looking to lead two established programs at The Nature Conservancy in revenue growth that will directly help advance our mission to ensure that both people and nature thrive?

The Associate Director of Workplace Giving and Matching Gifts is responsible for the development of, and execution of, direct response marketing strategies to grow short- and long-term revenue through these two fundraising programs - currently raising $4M for the organization annually.  This position will focus on the continued growth and development of giving to TNC through public and private-sector employer-sponsored fundraising campaigns and corporate matching programs, elevating key corporate sustainability issues to build momentum within companies. The Associate Director understands and applies complex principles of developing donor strategies, in alignment with the overall goals for the Global Marketing and Communications division.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 8 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.   
  • Experience supervising staff and teams. 
  • Experience cultivating and managing client relationships and account relationships. 
  • Experience in project management, developing marketing strategies and measuring results.
  • Experience in program/project leadership, including strategy development, execution, revenue growth, measurement and optimization.
