Responsible to the Associate Vice President for University Advancement and the Executive Director for the Martin Center & University Events for developing and coordinating a comprehensive strategic fundraising plan for the Martin Center for the Arts; conducting activities to establish and pursue sponsorship & advertising opportunities, establish and grow patron program, cultivate donor relationships with individuals, foundations and business sectors, and seek and apply for grant opportunities to support special programing.  The position devotes approximately 80% time to the Martin Center for the Arts and 20% of time to University Advancement.

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Three to five years of experience in alumni, fundraising, development, or related experience in higher education or performing arts is required; individuals with at least three or more years of experience in relevant sales or relationship building experience will also be considered.
