Senior Director of Development, Arts and Science
The Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with Miami
University in the search for a senior director of development, arts
and science.
Reporting to the assistant vice president of development, the
senior director of development will help advance the mission of
Miami University by planning, organizing, and implementing
strategies to increase the level of personal involvement and
financial commitment of donors and prospects of Miami
University. Particular emphasis will be given to strategies
seeking philanthropic and volunteer support for the College of Arts
and Science.

This position is approved for remote work on a hybrid basis,
following a successful period of six (6) months of employment.

Miami University seeks a senior director of development, arts and
science with a commitment to the mission and core values of Miami
University; a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of
experience in fundraising, business development, and/or
relationship management roles; a demonstrated level of leadership;
outstanding oral and written communications skills; excellent
organization skills and attention to detail; and a willingness to
travel extensively both on a regional and national level. All
