The University of Colorado Boulder's Alumni Association encourages
applications for a Senior Program Manager for National Outreach and
Engagement! Over 10 years ago, the CU Boulder Alumni Association
implemented a non-dues model which welcomes all degree-seeking
students and alumni into the Forever Buff family. There are over
300,000 living Forever Buffs with about half living outside of
Colorado. This position serves to support and extend the
Alumni Association's reach in strategically important national
markets. This position will be responsible for
supporting key athletics events including the away game Buffs Bash
and Pac-12 post-season event planning and execution for both
football and basketball. In conjunction with the away football
game, CU Boulder collaborates with other campus departments to hold
donor/alumni/parent events in key markets prior to the game and
this position will help with the management and implementation of
those events. In addition, this program will be responsible for
developing, planning and implementing a myriad of other events in
regional markets that can include but are not limited to: alumni
roadshows, campaign events and other regional engagement support.
Additionally, this position will take the lead on managing our
inventory of athletic tickets to both football and basketball
games, work with Advancement marketing communications to implement
marketing campaigns for associated events, and be the lead person
supervising the Alumni Association promotional item and operational
supply inventory, as well as serve as the main contact for
coordinating the equipment of our trucks and trailer. Ability to
drive a truck and pull a large trailer a plus!
