The Prospect Strategy Analyst provides prospect management and
strategy development to document and report designated
colleges’/units’ fundraising efforts.
Prospect Strategy Development
Assist development officers of each assigned College/Unit in
prospect strategy development and documentation. Identify creative,
strategic methods to help development officers engage
Conducts In-depth Analysis
Recommend prospect assignments and quality prospect pools to
Review contact reports of each development officer in each assigned
College/Unit for updates to prospect plans and strategies. Update
the constituent relationship management system with information
from contact reports and meetings with the development officers
(examples: prospect plans, ratings, assignments).
Liaison & Other
Liaison between Colleges/Units development officers and Advancement
Services. Other duties as required.
Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience; or a high school
diploma/equivalent and experience equal to six years. (Note:
post-high school education can substitute for experience at the
