Dartmouth seeks an Associate Director for our Dartmouth for Life program to support the goals and mission of Alumni Relations and the College by providing our alumni with opportunities to engage with each other and with Dartmouth through innovative programming, resources, and services focused on career and professional interests. This role includes substantial collaboration across Alumni Relations on joint programming and content for key audiences.

Building on the progress made during the pandemic, the Associate Director will play a key strategic role in the future growth of digital and self-serve programming that connects alumni with each other. In addition, you will oversee the implementation of life and virtual events in support of our strategic priorities and work in partnership with the director to lead the implementation and growth of Dartmouth Connect, Dartmouth's innovative online platform for alumni career support, job opportunities, and mentorship. You will also develop strategic communication plans and marketing initiatives for programs and events and oversee their implementation in collaboration with others as well as manage teams and projects.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of four years of relevant experience in event, program delivery and management, and/or career services field, a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusiveness, excellent creative planning, organizational and problem-solving skills, experience with marketing, and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with alumni, students, volunteers, groups, and individuals. The successful candidate must be proactive with ability to organize own work, coordinate projects with others, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This position offers a fully remote work schedule with person coming to Hanover periodically for team building and events.
