IPPF is a global service provider and a leading advocate of sexual and reproductive health and rights for all. We are a worldwide movement of over 130 national organisations working with and for communities and individuals over 140 countries.

We are excited to expand our individual giving program with a goal of maximizing private individual support to advance IPPF’s mission and vision. The Individual Giving team engages, cultivates, solicits, and stewards contributions and commitments from individual supporters of the IPPF, often in partnership with the IPPF’s Worldwide Inc President, Senior Management and Board leadership.

The Head of USA Individual Giving position is a new role that sits under the Strategic Partnerships and Development team and is part of the External Relations department. The Head of Individual giving will lead the organization’s USA-based individual giving program. We are investing heavily to revamp our systems as well as in donor acquisition this year to grow our pool of donors who provide sustainable and regular financial support towards our mission of providing sexual and reproductive health and rights particularly in the hardest to reach and marginalized places in the world.

As IPPF celebrates its 70th anniversary in 2022, it is also launching its ambitious new Strategic Framework for 2023-2028 to ensure sexual and reproductive health and rights for all. Individual giving currently represents a small portion of our annual income, but we are now looking for a self-starter to join our organization and to change that  by increasing the share of individual giving as a major contributor to IPPF’s future success and sustainability.
