For over 30 years, Habitat’s direct marketing program has had a national fundraising footprint. With the program's long-term success, we now have the opportunity to re-imagine fundraising. The direct marketing team's work is evolving in an exciting way, and we need your expertise to make it happen. We are developing an omni-channel, more digitally-focused approach to the way we raise funds to support the mission, and are also changing the way we raise funds in collaboration with our 1,100 affiliates across the US. Direct Marketing Fundraising Manager


This two-year role (5+ years of related non-profit direct marketing experience) primarily works on the monthly giving sustainer program and also supports the acquisition, reinstatement and fulfillment programs. This position focuses on mail and telemarketing campaigns as well as integration with digital campaigns and integration with affiliates in the Collaborative Operating Model direct marketing program. This person is responsible for approximately $8M in annual revenue and $1M of expense budgets for the sustainer communication and monthly recruitment programs.


Direct Marketing Fundraising Manager


This two-year role (5+ years of related non-profit direct marketing experience) leads the development and execution of fundraising strategies, oversee revenue, and expense budgets for the acknowledgements and telemarketing programs. The role works closely with external agency partners and internal departments to manage the creative development, production and data integrity for the appeals, renewals, mid-level programs. This person manages approximately a $2M annual expense budget for telemarketing and acknowledgements and is responsible for approximately $4M in annual revenue.


Director, Direct Marketing and Donor Development


This key leader (10+ years of related non-profit direct marketing experience) is responsible for supporting the direct marketing fundraising group to drive unrestricted revenue as well as a limited amount of restricted revenue. Primarily, it works on acquisition, reinstatement, monthly giving and fulfillment programs, including direct mail and telemarketing campaigns, in addition to integration with digital and US affiliate programs. The Director manages one employee and multiple budgets totaling revenue of $17 million and expenses of $15 million.
