Reporting to the Director of Guilds & Network Events, the Guild Manager provides effective management and administrative support to the Guilds, recognizing that each is a free-standing non-profit organization. The Guild Manager ensures they are operating effectively, efficiently and in alignment with the Guild mission and bylaws and in support of the organization's mission while also serving as the liaison between the Guilds and the Foundation to align work, where appropriate. Under the guidance of the Director, the Guild Manager ensures accurate and timely tracking and reporting of Guild fundraising activities, state and federal forms of Guilds are filed, maintains the Guild Office's social media accounts, monitors Guilds social media accounts, and communicates regularly and effectively with each Guild to identify new opportunities for Guild membership growth and to facilitate opportunities for Guild members to tour the hospital or other facilities in support of their work.
REQUIREMENTS: This full time exempt level position requires an Associate's degree with a Bachelor's degree preferred as well as a minimum five (5) years experience in fast-paced environments that demonstrate increasing responsibility, independent problem solving and decision making, strong communication skills and ability to organize and execute multiple projects at one time. Experience in fundraising and volunteer and non-profit management. Candidate will also be required to have a minimum three (3) years experience managing social media accounts.
