Planning, overseeing, and executing a broad effort to
grow contributed revenue with your data-driven strategy that
facilitates our continued success in the donor-centered funding of
our expanding life-saving operations throughout the world.
Leading, collaborating with, inspiring, coaching,
mentoring, and growing the [hard and soft] skills of each member of
your team, with accountability for measurable results (OKRs), while
also celebrating their success.
Using your phenomenal intellectual curiosity, active
listening skills, resourceful creativity, and influence to identify
timely creative solutions to challenges with well-formulated
business cases and the ability to pivot and quickly implement/lead
those solutions.
Directing a fully integrated, cross-functional
philanthropy operation across the organization.

Demonstrated alignment with Project C.U.R.E.’s mission

and possession of the internal motivation and passion to address
the healthcare inequalities in the developing world in a
sustainable manner.
10+ years of experience leading
development/fundraising/philanthropy teams in non-profit
organizations from a wide variety of funding sources including
corporations (outside of in-kind support), foundations, government
grants, individuals, families, etc.
Proven record of cultivating securing, and stewarding
multi-million dollar revenue from multiple sources (individual
donors, corporations, foundations, government grants, etc.) and of
meeting and exceeding fundraising goals.
Strong computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite
knowledge with the ability to work with / quickly learn software
such as Salesforce.com.
Ability to travel 25-30% (primarily to the variousUS
cities where our operations are based, as well as occasional trips
abroad to the Field)
Bachelor’s degree required, graduate experience
preferred.
