This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in the continued success of a highly regarded, national fundraising consulting firm. Skystone Partners has grown in recent years, is preparing for its next phase of expansion to the next level, and requires additional leadership. This highly visible position requires a seasoned, principled consultant who can help shape all key areas of managing a fast-paced and successful consulting firm, including the ability to serve clients well, as well as the skills to help develop talent within our firm and our clients’ organizations, and assist in developing and bringing in business.

The Position

This position reports to the President & CEO of the firm. It is a full-time position, required to play a lead role in client service and carry major responsibility for inspiring and guiding clients through major fundraising campaigns and other development related projects. Additionally, the Vice President will share leadership of the firm by helping with such management responsibilities as refining and monitoring practice standards; monitoring project assignments and ongoing follow-up with colleagues; redeveloping internal and external professional development programs; helping with the proposal process; and participation in local, regional, and national marketing activities.

 

The new member of the firm will contribute to meeting or exceeding the firm’s performance and service goals, as well as representing the firm at professional association meetings. A talent for bringing high-quality strategic thinking, which provides fresh ideas and stimulation to the vision and direction of the firm will be most welcomed.

 

You, The Candidate
