Exciting Opportunity for a Leadership Giving Manager with Food Bank For New York City!

Who We Are

Food Bank For New York City has been working to end food poverty in our five boroughs for over 38 years. As the city’s largest hunger-relief organization, we employ a multifaceted approach centered on helping low-income New Yorkers overcome their circumstances and achieve greater independence. Our mission is to end hunger by organizing food, information and support for community survival and dignity.

At Food Bank, we believe that our greatest resources are human! Nowhere is that seen better than in the faces of the individuals giving shape and texture to our mission on a daily basis: our employees…a group often referred to as “Food Bankers.” We are an intentionally diverse team of talent, perspectives and personalities bonded by a true belief and passion that NO ONE should be hungry in our country and certainly not in what we believe to be the world’s greatest city. Successful Food Bankers focus their energies on finding innovative and sustainable ways to serve our neighbors in collaboration and solidarity with our network of partners, members and supporters.

If you would like to be part of a team making a difference every day, we’d love to talk with you!
